The All-New X-ADV, engine is based on the NC750 series, tuned for Improved launch acceleration and maintains a sporty and responsive feel. The PGM-FI system also creates a pulse type sound and feel to further enhance the bikes adventurous spirit Producing 58hp @ 6750rpm and a torque of 69 N-m@4750 rpm which enables the X-ADV to go from a dirt track to a city road in a flash. Combined with our innovative 6-Speed Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) with fully automatic or manual control for the ultimate outdoor adventure. The suspension stroke matches the NC750X for uneven road surface capability. With adjustable preload and rebound damping enables the bike to maintain stability and reduce pitching effect on varying road surfaces and when carrying a pillion and luggage. 

Moto GP Throttle By Wire, enable various rider modes to be selected.

The X-ADV incorporates a 5-inch color liquid crystal (TFT) meter with high visibility. The display is divided by function/information type so that the rider can grasp abundant information intuitively. While the background color is white during daytime and black at night-time, graphics for speedometer, tachometer, and fuel gauge are available in the line of sight. The rider can select information to display with the switch on the left handlebar.

The X-ADV is equipped with the throttle-by-wire system (TBW) as standard, which converts the rider’s throttle grip operations into electric signals to control valve angles of the throttle body. The X-ADV also has 5 rider modes which the rider selects according to his/her preference and/or riding conditions by operating the MODE switch located on the left handlebar. The modes are SPORT, STANDARD, RAIN, GRAVEL and memorised USER setting.

An emergency stop signal is built into the X-ADV to promptly notify following vehicles of sudden braking. The ABS modulator determines sudden braking of the vehicle going at 56 km/h or faster. Once receiving the information, the body control unit flashes the hazard lamp at high speed to warn the vehicles coming from behind.s

The X-ADV features Dual headlights and highly-visible DRL technology which helps navigate during different terrains and times of the day. The X-ADV has successfully secured a 22-liter luggage space below the seat which is handy for storing head gear and a USB port is provided inside of the luggage space as standard features.
