Honda Dominates Iowa with First Podium Sweep of 2025 INDYCAR Season

Honda claimed their first podium sweep of the 2025 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season at Iowa Speedway, with Alex Palou taking a commanding victory from pole in the Farm to Finish 275—his seventh win of the year. The triumph means Palou has now won on every major circuit type this season: street, road, speedway, and now short oval.
Scott Dixon finished second, making it a 1-2 finish for Chip Ganassi Racing, and Marcus Armstrong of Meyer Shank Racing secured third—his first podium of the season—completing the Honda lockout.
Further strengthening their dominance, Honda has now won 11 of 12 races in 2025 and extended their lead in the Manufacturer Championship to 208 points over Chevrolet. Palou now leads the Drivers’ Championship by a substantial 129 points
